SANTA ANA, Calif., April 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ducommun Incorporated (“Ducommun” or the “Company”) (NYSE:DCO) confirmed today that due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, and to support the health and safety of our shareholders and employees, the Company’s 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be a virtual meeting instead of an in-person meeting. The Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 9 a.m. Pacific Time as previously scheduled. However, shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.
